Strictly Come Dancing fans demand 'easier watch' presenter is axed and replaced full time

Strictly Come Dancing enthusiasts have called for a change in the presenting line-up, suggesting Fleur East should permanently replace one of the main hosts. The demand came after an emotional interview with recently eliminated contestant Jamie Borthwick and his professional dance partner Michelle Tsiakkis.

The duo found themselves in the bottom two during Sunday night's dance-off, ultimately losing to Pete Wicks and his partner Jowita Przystal. Their exit from the popular BBC dance competition occurred just a week shy of the quarter-finals.

During their appearance on Strictly It Takes Two, hosted by Fleur East, emotions ran high as they reflected on their journey. A tearful Fleur East praised Jamie's performance skills, leading to a heartfelt moment where Jamie asked if she was also crying.

Fleur admitted: "Yeah because you got me emotional! It really did! " Jamie highlighted their Paso doble as a standout moment, stating: "As much as I love the rhumba, I have to say that paso, that was good. I loved that."
