Iran sends missiles at Israel following strikes in Beirut

The attack comes in response to earlier Israeli strikes in Beirut, which Tehran called a 'red line' and linked the ceasefire in Lebanon to the wider agreement.

Earlier in the day, Ebrahim Rezaei, National Security Commission spokesperson, indicated that a response is imminent.
“We will deliver a decisive and painful response to the Zionist regime's attack on Dahiyeh," he said.
The latest flare-up comes as Pakistan's interior minister, Mohsin Naqvi, lands in Tehran to deliver a special message from the CDF, Syed Asim Munir, on ending the deadlock over a ceasefire.
