Lindsay Clancy legal team seeks investigation into lone holdout juror

In the Lindsay Clancy jury, there is only a single member who disagreed with the rest and blamed the mom of three as fully responsible for the murder of her children.

However, his disagreement with the other jury members ended the case in a mistrial.

Now, Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, is seeking to open an investigation into the juror, Michael P. Desronvil.

According to him, the Massachusetts court should conduct a "limited inquiry" into the holdout and also "Juror Doe's record from the statewide domestic violence registry." 

Meanwhile, the trial of Clancy has become a hot-button issue, with emotions running high on apparently both sides of the aisle.

P. Desronvil. disagreed with his fellow jurors about Clancy's guilt but now, his lawyer claimed he faced death threats, doxxing, and harassment.
