NEWLY-PROMOTED HULL City stunned Manchester United in their Premier League opener at the MKM Stadium.

Semi Ajayi and Nobel Mendy scored first-half goals for the hosts, while Ireland defender John Egan played the full game – and starred – as he returned to the Premier League at the age of 33.
