Ugo Ferdinand Ukwueze, the chairman of the Igbo-Eze South Local Council, Enugu State, brought smiles on the faces of the residents of the council area on Saturday, 20 December, as he distributed bags of rice and cows to all wards in the spirit of the Christmas celebration.

The gesture further demonstrates Mr Ukwueze’s compassionate, people-centred style of leadership and his strong commitment to prioritising the welfare of citizens at the grassroots.
