EXCLUSIVE: Givenchy Bolsters Executive Ranks With Two Senior Appointments

PARIS — Givenchy has bolstered its management ranks with the appointment of two senior executives.

The French fashion house, which is owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, has named Alistair McCallum chief marketing officer and Nicky Grays human resources director, effective Sept. 30. Both will report to Givenchy chief executive officer Amandine Ohayon.

McCallum joins the company from Burberry, which he has worked since 2022, rising to the post of vice president of global communications. Prior to that, he held key communications roles at Alexander McQueen and Fendi, gaining extensive experience in global communications, influence, VIP relations and brand positioning within the luxury sector.

Grays previously served for three years as HR leader for LVMH Fashion Group in the Americas, with prior roles at Farfetch, Stadium Goods and Moda Operandi.

“The arrival of Alistair McCallum and Nicky Grays on our executive committee brings recognized expertise in the luxury and fashion worlds to support our international ambition and teams worldwide,” Ohayon said in a statement shared exclusively with WWD.

The appointments follow the arrival in May of Marco De Vincenzo as head of leather goods design, working under the artistic direction of Sarah Burton, signaling the brand’s ambition to rev up the handbag category. His first creations will be seen at the brand’s spring 2027 show, scheduled for Oct. 2.

Benjamin Cercio, who was named global communications director of Givenchy in January 2025 via his brand-building and communication agency Bencercio, has stepped down from the position to focus full time on his consulting work for other clients.
