Brengle Fire in Vista forces evacuations

VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – A brush fire in an area near Brengle Terrace Park in Vista forced evacuations Sunday morning.

Per Watch Duty, the Brengle Fire erupted at around 7:30 a.m. near the 1200 block of Vale Terrace Drive.

The following zone(s) have been given an evacuation order: SDC-0503 (click here to view updated map)

An evacuation center was established at Vista High School (1 Panther Way).

There is no immediate word on the cause of the blaze.
