KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 30 : The Malaysian government will reinstate the monthly quota for subsidised RON95 transport fuel to 300 litres (80 gallons) per citizen, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said on Sunday, announcing several measures to address rising living costs.
