TOKYO, June 1 : Toyota Motor subsidiary, Woven by Toyota, said on Monday that Senior Vice President Daisuke Toyoda, the son of Toyota Chairman Akio Toyoda, will move to a new role at the automaker effective August 1.
Toyoda will return as a project manager to a division close to the "genba" (front line) of vehicle development, a spokesperson said, declining to specify the department or models involved.
