Sainz on pole in Mexico with Verstappen alongside

MEXICO CITY : Spaniard Carlos Sainz took pole position for the Mexico City Grand Prix on Saturday with Red Bull's Formula One championship leader Max Verstappen alongside on the front row.

Verstappen's closest title rival, McLaren's Lando Norris, qualified third.
