According to the report's 2025 predictions, these are the top 10 jobs for remote work this year:
- Accountant—average salary between $58,000 and $126,310
- Software engineer—average salary between $75,840 and $197,900
- Account executive—average salary between $92,483 and $126,503
- Customer service representative—average salary between $31,963 and $48,691 (this is the lowest salary on the list)
- Project manager—average salary between $129,273 and $162,431
- Sales development representative—average salary between $57,305 and $76,970
- Executive assistant—average salary between $57,285 and $94,000
- Customer success manager—average salary between $108,659 and $148,670
- Product manager—average salary between $74,322 and $227,972
- Business development representative—average salary between $54,406 and $83,383
The FlexJobs report noted that accountants snatched the number one spot for the second consecutive year, while job titles such as account executives, project managers, and sales and business development representatives, who have ranked consistently as top remote roles in 2024, have grown enough to be featured in the top 10 this year.
