Nicki Minaj spent most of this year on tour in support of her album Pink Friday 2 released last December. Now, with the Pink Friday 2 World Tour in the rearview mirror, Minaj is turning her focus back to releasing music. Her first stop: “All Girls Are the Same 2 (Insecure),” a spiritual sequel to late rapper Juice Wrld’s 2018 debut single “All Girls Are the Same.”

“AGATS2” features backing vocals from Halsey in addition to the rapid-fire bars from Nicki Minaj that fans have come to know and love. “She want good brain, gotta be the muscle too / He want the smart girl, gotta be a hustler too / H**s can't f**k with me and that's just the truth / Somebody gotta teach a class like a substitute,” she raps on the track.

“AGATS2” isn’t the first time Minaj and Juice Wrld have joined forces. Back in 2019, months before his death that December, the two traveled across Europe together on the joint Nicki Wrld Tour.

The Juice Wrld estate has continually released music from the vault since the Chicago rapper’s death in 2019 at age 21. Last month, his team released the four-track EP The Pre-Party, complete with the Young Thug-featuring “Lightyears,” and at the end of this month, the third and final posthumous Juice Wrld album, The Party Never Ends, will be out for the world to hear. There are reportedly more than 3,000 unreleased Juice Wrld songs under lock and key, but the forthcoming LP is shaping up to be the last that fans will get to hear.

Minaj, meanwhile, is preparing to wrap up her Pink Friday 2 era with the deluxe edition, Pink Friday 2 — The Hiatus, slated for release one year to the day after the original album’s release. The reissue comes after she previously teased it to be an entirely new album, dubbed Pink Friday 3, and serves as a follow-up to Pink Friday 2 (Gag City Deluxe).

The Party Never Ends is out Nov. 29, and Pink Friday 2 — The Hiatus arrives Dec. 13.
