A fitness instructor at Aquasplash who encourages her clients to push their boundaries while spreading positivity is nominated in the Customer Service of the Year category.
Fay Johnson “brings happiness to all in her class,” her nominator, Sarah Vivian, said.
Ms Vivian, who attends one of her classes, said that she has been welcomed into the class which is beneficial for the mental and physical health of those who take part.
“No one is made to feel uncomfortable,” she said, adding that Ms Johnson lets people go at their own pace while still being “encouraging in pushing our limits to the best of our ability.”
Ms Vivian in particular praised the “community feel” Ms Johnson’s classes have, where all newcomers are made to feel welcome and comfortable to reach their fitness goals.
She continued: “I really think Fay deserves this award for her dedication, hardworking and caring approach. Despire her classes being full I don’t think she realises what a difference she is making to many.”
