“ALL movable assets” at a St Helier gym could be sold to recover an unpaid debt owed by the company behind it.

The JEP understands Viscount officers attended One Motivation Gym on Tuesday.

A notice of distraint published in the Jersey Gazette names One Motivation Ltd and applies to all movable assets at the business’s Halkett Street premises.

A notice of distraint is a legal document advising that a debtor’s assets may be seized to recover an unpaid debt before they are valued and sold.

The Gazette notice states that the notice was made on 5 June, but a date for any sale of the assets has yet to be confirmed.

It adds that anyone seeking further information should contact the Viscount’s Department.
