Thirty female coaches enrolled in CAF License C course
· GhanaSoccernetThirty female coaches have been selected to participate in the CAF License C Coaching Course as part of a key women’s development initiative aimed at strengthening the technical capacity of the game.
The programme, delivered under the Women’s Development Programme: Coach Education Scholarships, was launched through a collaboration between FIFA and the Ghana Football Association’s Women’s Football Development Desk.
The initiative forms part of the broader GFA Women’s Football Strategy, which seeks to expand opportunities for women in football by increasing the number of qualified female coaches across the country.
With thirty participants now enrolled, the course is expected to equip them with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to contribute meaningfully to the growth of women’s football in Ghana.
It is also expected to create a stronger pathway for female coaches within the sport.
