Ghana's U15 female national team, the Black Damsels began the defence of their CAF African Schools Championship with a huge victory over Guinea in Zimbabwe.

Mavis Koah netted a brace to inspire the West Africans to a 6-0 win in Harare.

Following a quick start to the game, Belinda Kpentey opened the scoring after just 6 minutes before Jennifer Awuku doubled the advantage two minutes later.

Koah netted her first after 19 minutes, and three minutes later Margaret Tawiah put the game beyond Guinea with Ghana's fourth.

On the half-hour mark Koah added her second before Janet Eyram completed the mauling five minutes later.

The Black Damsels will next face Tanzania later on Monday as they quest to successfully defend the title continues in the Southern African nation.
