Asante Kotoko head coach Hamza Obeng has expressed confidence ahead of his side’s upcoming Ghana Premier League fixture against Bechem United, insisting that the team is fully focused on securing all three points.

The Porcupine Warriors are preparing for a crucial Week 33 encounter this weekend as they continue their push for a strong finish in the 2025/26 league campaign.

According to the Kotoko coach, the technical team has been working tirelessly to ensure the players are fully prepared for the challenge ahead.

In a pre-match interview, he explained that training sessions have covered multiple aspects of the game, with special attention given to improving the team’s overall performance and effectiveness in front of goal.

“We are working on every department, and the motive is that we try to find a way to put the ball in the back of their net and take the three points as well,” Obeng told AKSC Media.

Asante Kotoko SC are set to face Bechem United FC in what is expected to be a tightly contested fixture on Sunday, May 17. The match will take place at Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park and is scheduled to kick off at 3:00 pm.
