Module One of all-female CAF Licence C coaching course completed
· GhanaSoccernetThe FIFA Coach Education Scholarship All-Female CAF Licence C Coaching Course has successfully concluded Module One at the GFA Technical Centre.
The programme brought together 30 female coaches from different parts of the country for intensive training focused on improving coaching knowledge and technical development in women’s football.
Participants undertook both theoretical and practical sessions as part of the CAF Licence C curriculum, covering areas such as tactical analysis, coaching methodology, player development and match observation.
The course forms part of ongoing efforts by the Ghana Football Association to increase the number of qualified female coaches and strengthen the growth of women’s football across the country.
The initiative is also aimed at creating more opportunities for women in coaching while improving technical standards within the women’s game.
Officials of the Football Association are expected to continue supporting similar development programmes as part of broader plans to enhance coaching education and build a stronger foundation for women’s football in Ghana.
