GFA announce partnership with JAC Motors to support Ghana football
· GhanaSoccernetThe Ghana Football Association has announced a new partnership agreement with global automobile brand JAC Motors as part of efforts to strengthen football development through corporate collaboration.
The partnership was officially unveiled on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the GFA headquarters in Accra in collaboration with JAC Motors' authorised Ghanaian distributor, Tryton Motors Ltd.
Under the agreement, JAC Motors will support the Black Stars, the Ghana Premier League and the Women’s Premier League through logistical assistance, incentives and brand collaboration initiatives.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, GFA Vice-President Mark Addo described the partnership as another important milestone for the Football Association.
“This partnership with JAC Motors represents another significant addition to our expanding family of valued sponsors and strategic partners,” he said.
“We are delighted to welcome JAC Motors into the Ghana football ecosystem at a time when the Football Association continues to pursue meaningful collaborations that support the growth and sustainability of the game at every level.”
Chief Executive Officer of Tryton Motors Ltd, Jihad Hijazi, also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to Ghana football, stating that the collaboration aims to support the growth of the sport while strengthening connections between football, business and local communities.
Senior GFA officials, including General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo and Executive Council members Samuel Aboabire and Frederick Acheampong, attended the event alongside representatives of JAC Motors and Tryton Motors Ltd.
