Nintendo dropped a new trailer today for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, as we get a proper overview of the game and what they've added and changed to the title. The trailer goes over several elements that have been adjusted, fixed, upgraded, and overall improved, while also showing it's pretty much the same game you remember from 2018. There's an additional Blade out there for you to find! MOMO has two modes, real and imaginary, that you can swap between to change her appearance and elemental affinity. She also has a quest for you to complete. Not only that, but you can directly command your Blades in the Merc Assault action battle mode! Choose up to six Blades to send out on Merc Missions where you move, fight, and swap freely between the Blades under your command. Combining Blade Specials will be key to victory!

Unlock new outfit designs for Pyra and Mythra. Customize the look of Pyra and Mythra with new outfit designs exclusive to this Nintendo Switch 2 Edition game. These appear not only while you're adventuring, but also during cutscenes.
