EPL: Arteta reacts as Guardiola set to leave Man City

by · Daily Post

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has said he will share his thoughts about Pep Guardiola leaving Manchester City when the news is official.

On Monday night, several English media reported that Guardiola has decided to quit City at the end of this season.

The 55-year-old’s last fixture will be Sunday’s Premier League game against Aston Villa at home.

Before then, City travel to Bournemouth, knowing they need to win to stay in the title race until the final day. This follows Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Burnley at the Emirates on Monday.

The FA Cup triumph at the weekend took Guardiola’s tally to 20 trophies since he arrived in England.

“Once he makes that decision then we can talk about it. Before that, nobody should do it,” Arteta told Sky Sports.
