War: We’re now clearing Strait of Hormuz – Trump declares

by · Daily Post

President Donald Trump has said the United States is currently engaged in mine clearance operations in the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump stated that the US initiated the process of removing mines in the corridor “as a favor to countries around the globe”.

In a message posted on Truth Social, the US President remarked that Iran’s minelaying vessels “are also resting at the bottom of the sea”.

While asserting that the Iranian military’s air and naval capabilities have significantly weakened and that its missiles and drones “have been largely destroyed,” Trump further noted, “The only remaining threat they pose is the possibility that a vessel might “bump” into one of their sea mines, which, by the way, all 28 of their mine-laying boats are also lying at the bottom of the sea.

“We are now commencing the process of clearing the Strait of Hormuz as a favor to countries worldwide, including China, Japan, South Korea, France, Germany, and many others. Remarkably, they lack the courage or will to undertake this task themselves.”

The American leader reiterated a previous statement that empty tankers “from numerous nations” are en route to the US for oil.

Talks are ongoing in the capital of Pakistan between the US and Iran for permanent peace to return in the Gulf region as soon as possible.
