According to Fabrizio Romano, the 24-year-old is waiting for Leandro Trossard to leave the Emirates Stadium, as Besiktas is keen to sign the Belgian.
Arsenal are already in contact with Tzolis’s camp over a potential move this summer.
Tzolis netted 43 goals for Club Brugge across two seasons, having found the net 23 times for German club Fortuna Dusseldorf in the 2023-24 campaign.
Arsenal are keen to bolster their manager Mikel Arteta’s squad ahead of the new season after they won the Premier League title last season.
