Transfer: Portugal’s Rafael Leao offered to Tottenham as Chelsea sign Matsukubo

Leao has already made clear his desire to leave AC Milan this summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old has now been offered to Tottenham, who have already been very busy in the summer transfer window.
Meanwhile, in another development, Chelsea on Friday announced the signing of Manaka Matsukubo on a five-year deal from North Carolina Courage.
Matsukubo is expected to add value to the midfield of the Chelsea Women’s team when the new season starts.
The 21-year-old is regarded as one of the most talented young players in world football and was named the NWSL Midfielder of the Year last season.
“I’m so excited to be joining Chelsea, a club with a lot of history,” said Matsukubo after joining Chelsea.
“As a small child, I followed Chelsea because it is a club everyone in the world knows about.”
