The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake has been revealed for Switch 2

The Nintendo Direct wrapped up with the announcement of a The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time remake. The remake will come exclusively to Nintendo Switch 2 this year.

The trailer started with a bit of narration, telling the tale of Hyrule and the great tree and Kokiri who lived , and the boy who was born without a fairy, before fading from the tapestry into a 3D render of a little sleepy Link.

That’s all that Nintendo shared today, but this fulfils a long-standing rumour that Ocarina of Time was being remade, a game which is still held up as being one of the very greatest of all time.
