Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War! deploys on March 16th
by Aran Suddi · tsaAuroch Digital and Dotemu have announced that Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War! has got a release date, and you will be able to face off against the bugs from March 16th. In addition to the release date announcement, a Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War! demo has been released on Steam too allowing players to get their first taste of war.
The demo for Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War! will let players experience the Zegema Beach level to take part in Operation Razorwire. This level has different types of enemy Bugs to take on from the standard infantry to flying bugs that will attack from the sky. There are four objectives to complete which can be done in any order, including clearing the beach, evacuating civilians, defending outposts, and clearing a path for reinforcements. To do this, you will have access to all sorts of gear including different rifles, turrets, supply crates, grenades, flares, and a melee boot knife.
The story of Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War! will see the return of General Jonny Rico, with Casper Van Dien reprising his role, along with new character Major Samantha “Sammy” Dietz, who players take control of. Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War! is due to be released for PC, PS5, Xbox Series XS, and Switch 2.
