How to fast travel in Blood of the Dawnwalker
It's a great big world out there.
by Aidan O'Brien · ShacknewsThe map in Blood of the Dawnwalker is quite large, and you won't want to spend all your time wandering from place to place. The good news is that there is a fast travel system in place, and this is how to use it.
How to fast travel in Blood of the Dawnwalker
To fast travel in Blood of the Dawnwalker, you need to find Shrines. These will be marked on your map by small, church-like symbols, as shown above. These can be interacted with, and one of the options will be to fast travel. Selecting it will open a map, and you will then be able to select any other Shrine that you have already interacted with.
You do need to actually interact with the Shrines, not just get close to them or have them pop up on the map. Only after interacting with them do you activate the Shrine, allowing you the option to fast travel to and from it. Activated Shrines will appear blue on the map, while Shrines you have yet to visit will be grey.
There is also a third type of shrine, Desecrated Shrines. These need to be repaired before they will work, so you'll need to follow some clues and track down the heart of the Shrine to be able to get it to work again.
