When does the Wardogs Closed Beta 2 start?

The Wardogs Closed Beta 2 starts immediately after The FPS Games Show on September 3, 2026. The show is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. PT / 2:00 p.m. ET, and will likely last for about an hour, so expect the second beta to begin at roughly midday for those on the west coast.

How long the Wardogs Closed Beta 2 lasts isn’t clear at the time of writing. It’s been labeled as a weekend test, so there’s every chance it will end on Monday. The purpose of this beta is to break the systems at Bulkhead. The team is looking to test areas of the game that only break at scale, including server scaling, browsing, Twitch Drops, login queue, and more.

There are a couple of ways to access the Wardogs Closed Beta 2. Firstly, anyone who pre-ordered the game will have access to this final test. Secondly, you can try your luck using the “Request Access” button on Steam. The devs have been clear in the past that you can pre-order, try it out, and then request a refund if you think the game isn’t for you.
