GameStop (GME) CEO Ryan Cohen's eBay account has been suspended following a day of trolling

Ryan Cohen's eBay account has been permanently suspended.

GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen spent most of his Wednesday trolling eBay executives with tweets and accusations of mismanagement. He also hit the maximum limit of things that can be listed for sale on the ecommerce auction platform. According to a tweet just posted by the executive, his shenanigans have lead to his eBay account being suspended.

Earlier today, Cohen created a series of listings "on eBay to pay for eBay" and also posted several negative things about eBay's board of directors. eBay's suspension notice states that his "eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk."

Cohen shared a screenshot from eBay earlier in the day that stated he had hit the maximum dollar amount for listings he could make in a month, so it is hard to tell exaclty what triggered eBay's decision to suspend his account. 

It's safe to say that the proposed $56 billion offer to buy eBay made by GameStop's CEO is not going as well as he had hoped, and he continues to lash out at the company as a result.
