by COLlive Editor · COLliveCheder Menachem (formerly Cheder at the Ohel), marked Yud Tes–Chof Kislev with a beautiful celebration, featuring a catered fleishig seudah and a program MC’d by Rabbi S.Z. Weingarten, 4th Grade Rebbi, together with Rabbi Mendy Backman, 8th Grade Rebbi.
Rabbi Menachem Nelson, 2nd Grade Rebbi was the keynote speaker and gave an inspiring speech about Yud Tes Kislev while encouraging talmidim to apply the teachings of Chassidus in their daily lives.
The program also included the 12 Pesukim, singing special niggunim such as Padah V’Shalom and Daled Bavos, and lively dancing.
Talmidim enjoyed ice cream dessert and an exciting raffle with beautiful prizes.
Thank you to all the Cheder families who helped make this event a success.
