Every student had a writing piece on display showcasing the remarkable growth made this year in the students’ ability to express their thoughts and feelings in writing. Proud students were eager to share their beautiful handwriting and artistic designs with their parents, confident and well aware of the effort and growth that made it possible.
An exciting display of Jewish books of all levels on sale filled the room with something for everyone. Another attraction at the fair were newborn chicks that hatched last week at Bais Rivkah, and are now in their ‘adopted’ homes. Making the day extra special for the 3rd graders was a Hallel they davened and sang together before visiting the book fair.
The Book Fair was enjoyed by parents and students alike. Smiling students left with Jewish books of their own that that they can read and reread throughout the summer months.
