SJKC Kiang Hin board reaffirms commitment to ‘smart’ education
by Peter Boon · Borneo Post OnlineSIBU (Dec 13): SJKC Kiang Hin’s board of directors has consistently promoted ‘smart’ education, working closely with the school to build a professional, dedicated and united education team, said its chairman Kapitan So Teck Kee.
“From school facilities and academic performance to character development and soft skills, the board strives to provide the best environment for every child to learn, grow, and flourish.
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the principal and all teachers for their dedication, patience, and guidance,” said So at the school’s annual prize-giving and closing ceremony on Friday.
He also thanked parents for their trust and cooperation, enabling the school and home to work together to build a strong foundation for the children.
Addressing the students, So reminded them that graduation was not the end, but the beginning of a new chapter.
He encouraged them to cultivate a positive world-view, learn with an open mind, and grow into individuals with broad perspectives, strong character, and a sense of responsibility for the future.
He also expressed hope that all students would continue to progress, remain healthy and happy, and that SJKC Kiang Hin would continue to nurture outstanding young talents for society.
