Bintulu school lauded on efforts to ensure academic success

BINTULU (Dec 15): Sekolah Rendah Integrasi Al-Amin Bintulu (SRIAAB) continues to play a vital role in shaping a young generation known for academic excellence and strong character, discipline, and humanitarian values.

Tanjong Batu assemblyman Johnny Pang commended the school’s holistic approach to education, stating it has successfully nurtured students of noble character who are well-prepared for future challenges.

“Despite our different backgrounds, values such as honesty, mutual respect, cooperation, and kindness are universal principles that bind us together as Malaysians,” he said, as quoted in a Sarawak Public Communications Unit (UKAS) report.

He made these remarks when officiating the 3rd SRIAAB appreciation and graduation ceremony at the Kemena Plaza Hotel on Saturday.

He extended his congratulations to the Year Six pupils, attributing their achievements to hard work, perseverance, and unwavering determination.

Pang also expressed deep appreciation to the teachers for their dedication and commitment and acknowledged the vital role of parents and guardians in providing unwavering moral support, time, and effort for their children’s success.

Offering advice to the graduates, Pang encouraged them to remain disciplined and positive, respect their teachers, cherish their parents, and grow into trustworthy, responsible individuals.

While reaffirming his commitment to supporting educational development in Bintulu, he stressed the importance of strong collaboration between schools, parents, and the community, to ensure children receive a quality and holistic education.
