‘Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’ Sets Season 4 Release Date, Drops Stunning First Teaser

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” Season 4 officially has a premiere date at Paramount+.

The fourth season of the sci-fi show will premiere on July 23, with new episodes dropping weekly thereafter through the finale in Sept. 24. A new teaser for the season has also been released, which can be seen below. The announcement was made at CCXP in Mexico during the Paramount+ Thunder Stage presentation.

As previously reported, “Strange New Worlds” has already been renewed for a fifth season, which will be the show’s last.

The official logline for Season 4 states, “The crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise – led by Captain Christopher Pike (Anson Mount) – embark on a series of thrilling and emotional adventures across the stars. As they journey to strange new worlds, they will battle inner demons and external threats, encounter colorful new characters, reunite with familiar faces and confront terrifying aliens. Through it all, they strive to embrace a bright, hopeful future.”

Along with Mount, the cast includes Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun and Martin Quinn, along with guest stars Carol Kane and Paul Wesley.

Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers serve as co-showrunners and executive producers. Alex Kurtzman, Aaron Baiers, Dana Horgan, Alan McElroy, Robbie Thompson, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Chris Fisher, Mount, Rod Roddenberry and Trevor Roth also serve as executive producers. The series is produced by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment.
