49ers owner’s pitiful mugshot released after prostitution bust — as details of arrest emerge

A pitiful mugshot of San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York has been released after his arrest on prostitution-related charges in Ohio over the weekend.

York, who owns the Bay Area NFL franchise, was arrested by the East Palestine Police Department in Ohio and pleaded no contest to two prostitution charges.

The mugshot shows a shabby York staring blankly into the camera while wearing an orange jail jumpsuit, with his unshaven face and chest hair visible above the V-neck collar.

He appears to stand around 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10 in front of a jailhouse height chart, with a blue metal door frame and prison style-cinderblock walls visible behind him.

York was also charged with possessing criminal tools. A no-contest plea means York did not admit guilt but accepted the punishment imposed by the court.

He was sentenced to one day in jail for each of the two prostitution counts, along with fines of $150 for disorderly conduct and $1,000 for possessing criminal tools.
