Bryan Johnson warns of ‘biological attack’ this Saturday — His cellular defense costs $49

· New York Post

Forget the doomsday prepper kits. A different kind of warfare is planned for the weekend, and according to Bryan Johnson, it starts in the candy aisle.

“A biological attack is planned for Saturday,” the famous biohacker warned in a viral Instagram post on Thursday. “600 million pounds of sugar laced with synthetic chemicals will enter the bodies of our children.”

In the U.S., the average kid gobbles down about 3 cups of candy on Halloween. That’s nearly 16 times the maximum daily recommendation from the American Heart Association.

In the next slide, Johnson outlined some of the scarier consequences of the “gluttonous consumption” of the “poison” including “metabolic havoc, injuring vascular architecture, acidifying oral lining, releasing bacterial toxins, and blunting neural reward pathways.”

Despite the semi-alarmist tone, Johnson’s warning is rooted in science. Candy consumption peaks around the holidays and affects both kids and adults. Research has linked excessive sugar consumption to several adverse health effects, including metabolic diseases, behavioral disorders, hyperactivity, tooth decay, diabetes and obesity.

While it’s unlikely the biohacker will take any chances participating in the annual candy binge, his Blueprint longevity brand does offer a range of supplements designed to help the body fight against invaders, including an antioxidant formula, which retails for $49 on Amazon.

Some users have called it “cellular defense at its finest.”

The popular supplement features an advanced antioxidant blend containing lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene, vitamin K1, MK-7, and MK-4. Per Blueprint, its formula is designed to “support vision, bone strength and overall health in one convenient capsule.”

According to a 2024 review, antioxidants may also play a role in blood sugar management. By neutralizing harmful free radicals associated with high blood sugar (hyperglycemia), they may help “manage blood sugar and reduce the risk of diabetes complications.”

Many users have reported a difference in their overall cellular health.

“10/10 across the board,” one reviewer noted. “I love the focus on powerful compounds that help protect cells from oxidative stress and support long-term health.”

Bleuprint suggests taking one pill per day, with food. The capsules are reportedly easy to swallow and relatively flavorless. They’re made without fillers or unnecessary additives and have undergone third-party testing for purity and potency.
