It's Monday, December 29, and one star sign has been asked to keep a secret. There are 12 zodiac signs - Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces - and each sign has its own daily horoscope which some believe can forecast a person's future, whether it be in work, your love life, your friends and family or other aspects of life.

Horoscopes typically describe a sign's character and circumstances, based on the relative positions of the stars and planets at the time of that person's birth. Astrologer Russell Grant, who has been reading star signs for over 50 years, has compiled a full list of daily forecasts from Aries through to Pisces.

Here's what today could bring for your horoscope.

  1. Aries (Mar 21 - Apr 20)

    Advancements have been made in a number of areas of your life. Although some things have taken longer to develop than anticipated, you have overcome many hurdles and you should be pleased with your achievements. Have fun experimenting with new ideas, hobbies and pastimes.

  2. Taurus (Apr 21 - May 21)

    Some surprise treats, gifts or a money offer is coming your way. You aren’t likely to mind this at all. In fact, you could find yourself laughing all the way to the bank. A partner or housemate, too, will be receiving a bonus or making more money. Everything is looking good.

  3. Gemini (May 22 - June 21)

    Legal and property issues will bring some confusion but if you stay calm and composed, these will be quickly resolved. A personal matter will need some extra attention and there will be help available, should you be in need of it. You will be invited to take part in a special community event, this evening.

    An older relative seems to be viewing everything through a negative lens. You’re tired of the way they see everything from the black side.
