Police respond to ‘vague threat of violence’ at Las Vegas Strip construction site

The Metropolitan Police Department said in an email that it was investigating “a vague threat of violence at a construction site.”
Police said the investigation took place in the 3400 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South.
According to police, detectives responded to the scene to determine the legitimacy of the threats, adding that there is “no active or known danger at this time.”
Authorities noted that out of an abundance of caution, the construction site decided to evacuate crew.
