This week’s poll features four players who posted standout performances during the week of Sept. 14-19.
Voting will close at noon on Thursday. Results will be reported on Friday.

Here are this week’s nominees:
Steven Bullock, Las Vegas High football: The sophomore rushed for five touchdowns in the Wildcats’ 56-16 over Rancho in the annual Bone Game. The running back is averaging 158 yards per game and has 12 touchdowns to his credit.
Manuel Carranza, Sky Pointe cross country: The sophomore finished 22nd at the elite Woodbridge Cross Country Classic at Irvine, California on Saturday. He completed the 3-mile course in 14 minutes, 38 seconds to lead the Eagles to a sixth-place finish in the Rated Division’s 36-team field.
Jaelynn Love-Carter, Legacy football: The junior completed 14 of 26 passes for 221 yards and two touchdowns Friday as the Longhorns beat Clark 27-26. His score on a 2-point conversion in overtime provided the winning points.
Hector Ochoa, SLAM! Nevada soccer: The senior played a role in all five goals for the Bulls on Monday, racking up two goals and three assists in his team’s 5-2 victory over Basic. It was his second 6-point-plus performance of the season.
