While some programs are still finishing their rosters for the upcoming campaign, UNLV women’s basketball head coach Lindy La Rocque already has a headstart on recruiting for the 2027 season.

Australian guard Mia Harvey is set to join the Lady Rebels, per a social media post from Harvey and her current team on Saturday.

The 17-year-old is currently in NBL1, Australia’s top semi pro league, playing for the Bendigo Lady Braves.

She’s three games into her second season with the team, averaging 11.6 points per game on 43.3 percent shooting from the field with three assists per game.

In 18 games with the Lady Braves last year, Harvey averaged 6.1 points and 1.4 assists per game.

She took a group of visits after multiple Division I offers before deciding on the Rebels, according to the social media post.

This comes after La Rocque already wrapped up recruiting for 2026 by signing UNR guard Maia Rosarion.
