Top performances

Baseball

– Jeremy Correia, Spring Valley: The senior went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs to help the Grizzlies beat Rancho 12-2 in five innings.

– Edgar Garcia, Western: The senior went 3-for-5 with a triple and six RBIs as the Warriors rolled past Cimarrom-Memorial 12-3.

– Ryland Gregorich, Clark: The sophomore had two doubles in Clark’s 6-5 loss to Pahrump Valley.

– Lucas Jaggers, Tech: The senior had a home run, two doubles and eight RBIs to lead the Roadrunners to a three-inning 23-1 victory over Cadence.

Softball

– Gia Christmas, Sierra Vista: The freshman went 3-for-4 with two triples and two RBIs in the Mountain Lions’ five-inning 13-2 win over Durango.

– Sophia DeMonbrun, Clark: The junior struck out 13 while tossing a five-inning one-hitter, and also had a double and a triple to lead the Chargers past Rancho 13-1.

– Bella Dimmick, Faith Lutheran: The sophomore went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs as the Crusaders defeated Spring Valley 7-2.

– Elaine Hernandez, Cimarron-Memorial: The sophomore went 4-for-4 with two triples and three RBIs to help the Spartans beat Las Vegas 21-11 in five innings.

– Emiko Kalani, Mojave: The sophomore had two home runs, a triple and four RBIs as the Rattlers cruised to a five-inning 20-4 victory over Sunrise Mountain.

– Camren VanThomme, Foothill: The senior had two home runs and five RBIs, and also threw a three-inning no-hitter in the Falcons’ 20-0 win over Del Sol.

Boys volleyball

– Jeremiah James, Sierra Vista: The senior logged 25 assists, two aces and two kills in the Mountain Lions’ 25-17, 25-14, 22-25, 25-16 loss to Centennial.

– Parker Jensen, Virgin Valley: The senior posted 23 digs and 16 kills as the Bulldogs outlasted Coral Academy for a 25-13, 17-25, 25-19, 20-25, 17-15 victory.

– Alava Roberts, Green Valley: The junior had 24 assists in the Gators’ 25-15, 25-20, 25-18 loss to Coronado.

– Keagan Sugden, Arbor View: The junior had 42 assists to help the Aggies defeat Shadow Ridge 25-19, 20-25, 25-21, 25-22.

– Spencer Stolworthy, Moapa Valley: The senior finished with 37 assists, six digs and two blocks in the Pirates’ 26-28, 25-14, 25-15, 25-12 loss to Boulder City.
