Crash involving 3 trucks shuts down northbound traffic on I-11

A crash involving three semitractor-trailers Monday morning is hindering drivers headed to Las Vegas.

The crash was reported just after 7:30 a.m. on northbound Interstate 11 at mile marker 7 in Boulder City, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

All northbound I-11 traffic is being diverted off onto the I-11/mile marker 2 area.

There are no reported injuries at this time.

Motorists are advised to avoid area and use alternate routes if possible. It is not known how long the shutdown will last.
