Pultes Westlight opens in Lake Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas is welcoming its only new townhome community currently selling within the 3,600-acre master plan with the opening of Westlight by Pulte Homes. Located along Lake Las Vegas Parkway, the new neighborhood offers spacious two-story designs with flexible floor plans, private garages and views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains.

Two model homes will open for tours beginning Oct. 3, at 245 Asher Falls Drive in Henderson.

Westlight offers three home designs, the Branton, Cornwall and Danbury, ranging from 1,759 square feet to 1,900 square feet with two to four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garages. The Cornwall and Danbury will be featured as the neighborhood’s two model homes.

The Danbury offers approximately 1,900 square feet with three to four bedrooms. Its flexible floor plan includes open living areas and a loft, giving homeowners additional space that can be used as a home office, lounge or entertainment area.

At approximately 1,759 square feet, the Cornwall features two to three bedrooms and an open floor plan. A rooftop deck extends the living space outdoors, creating another place to entertain, relax and take in the surrounding views.

Nearly all Westlight homes offer views of the Las Vegas Strip, while select residences feature mountain views.
