This iconic Miami hotel is coming to London

If you’re hoping for a bit of winter sun this January, we might have something for you, sort of. A slice of Miami is coming to the capital in early 2027. The Delano, a positively iconic Miami Beach hotel, is opening a London outpost in the New Year.

Delano London will take over a grand building at 60 Hyde Park Gate, overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The five-storey hotel will have 67 rooms, with more than half of them suites and many with walk-in wardrobes and private terraces. Fourteen rooms will have prime views over Hyde Park.

Beyond the rooms, Delano London promises to have ‘story-led dining’ and ‘innovative wellness’. The main restaurant is Lana Lusa, a Mediterranean/Portuguese eatery. Then there will be the Rose Bar, a cocktail spot that reimagines the glamour of the Miami Beach hotel. For late night revelry, hotel guests can visit the Rose Bar Lounge and the Zodiac Room.

The Source by Delano, the spa and treatment rooms, will focus on ‘restorative and rejuvenating movement and longevity’. Alongside state-of-the-art facilities and hot-and-cold therapy, the spa will host a revolving line-up of famous wellness practitioners.

The hotel is designed by Archer Humphryes Architects with warm and modern interiors. London-based art consultancy Cramer & Bell has curated an art collection that celebrates British art alongside established international artists.
