Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company has called for an Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) to be held on 26 August 2026, at 19:00, according to a bourse filing.

The meeting will be conducted both in-person at the company’s Riyadh headquarters and via modern technology, primarily focused on the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term.

The new board session is scheduled to begin on 13 September 2026 and will conclude on 12 September 2029.

Shareholders will vote to select members from a pool of 23 candidates.

According to the company disclosure, the meeting requires a quorum of at least one-quarter of the SAR 55 million capital to be valid. If this quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held one hour after the scheduled time of the first session.

Participation is available to shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the close of trading prior to the meeting date.

Rawasi Albina earlier noted that its OGM which is scheduled for 17 August 2026 will see the equityholders vote on a proposed cash dividend for 2025.

Later, the company announces rescheduling the dividend payment date to be in August instead of July.
