MOBI Industry unveils SAR 7.5m dividends for Q2-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: The board members of MOBI Industry Company recently approved the distribution of SAR 7.50 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

The payout represents 15% of the share's nominal value and is based on 50 million outstanding shares, according to a bourse filing.

The company confirmed that shareholders will receive SAR 0.15 per share.

Meanwhile, the eligibility for the distribution is set for 1 September 2026 for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The actual payment of dividends is scheduled to commence on 15 September 2026.

MOBI Industry noted that dividends paid to non-resident investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.

Non-resident investors with tax exemptions are advised to contact the company's investor relations department within three days of the eligibility date to provide supporting documentation.

The company urged all shareholders to ensure their investment accounts are updated to facilitate the timely transfer of funds.

In Q2-26, the listed company generated net profits worth SAR 10.86 million as well as revenue of SAR 68.80 million.
