Alkhorayef Water unveils 3 key appointments

Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company has appointed Mohammed bin Abdullah Alkhorayef as the Chairman for a new board term, which commenced on 15 June 2026 and will end on 14 June 2030.

Faisal bin Abdulaziz Alduwish was named as the Vice Chairman, while Rami Mohammed Radwan Moussilli was announced as the CEO, according to a bourse disclosure.

On 7 June, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the election of the new board of directors.
