Riyadh – Mubasher: Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Company (Jamjoom Pharma) recorded a negotiated transaction valued at SAR 3.52 million during the 23 July 2026 session on the Saudi market.

The deal, which was carried out at 12:07, comprised 24,113 shares at a share price of SAR 146.20.

Jamjoom Pharma recently unveiled the latest developments on signing a non-binding agreement, announced dividends for the first half (H1) of 2026, in addition to disclosing the January-June 2026 financials.

Negotiated (special) deals are executed off the order book between two parties.
