Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs injured in prison altercation, taken to a hospital
by Mary McCue Bell · The Washington TimesDisgraced hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs suffered a head injury during a fight with convicted Jamaican drug trafficker Christopher “Dudus” Coke at the Fort Dix federal prison in New Jersey last weekend, according to reports.
Combs, who is serving a four-year term for prostitution, “got the worst of it” during an outdoor recreation period, TMZ reported. An ambulance was reportedly seen leaving the prison around 1 a.m. Saturday to take him to a hospital.
TMZ first described his injury as non-life-threatening, but it reported Wednesday the injury was severe enough to require officials to transport Combs to an outside facility.

Combs was reportedly conscious and speaking when he returned to the prison before 7 a.m. Saturday.
Both inmates received two more weeks in the Special Housing Unit, according to TMZ.
Coke and other inmates were reportedly angry at Combs over the NBC News report that detailed Combs’ alleged contraband use, including a cellphone, and privileged lifestyle behind bars.
Prison officials have since conducted at least two raids and confiscated cellphones from inmates, including Coke, TMZ’s sources said.
Coke has been serving a 23-year sentence since 2012 and has been described by authorities as the leader of the Shower Posse, a Jamaica-based drug gang.
