Ceuta invasion another step toward a Muslim Europe

Ceuta is a small Spanish enclave on the coast of North Africa. In a single day last month, roughly 60,000 from neighboring Morocco stormed into Ceuta, all young men of military age. The locals were hiding in their homes, terrified of the invaders.
Why are they coming? Spain’s socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez recently announced that instead of expelling the illegals now in Spain, he intends to grant them citizenship.
Like Democrats in the United States, Mr. Sanchez views illegal immigration as his party’s salvation. He knows that the newly enfranchised immigrants will vote for the party that let them in.
They say history repeats itself.
From 711 to 1492, most of Spain was under Muslim rule as Al-Andalus. Islam means to have it back, along with the rest of Europe.
Western European nations have seen an unprecedented influx of Muslims from their former colonies. This has resulted in no-go zones in many European cities – sections that the police dare not enter — grooming gangs which prey on vulnerable women and girls in Britain, and skyrocketing welfare costs everywhere.
We should not feel superior.
Under President Joe Biden, America saw an influx of as many as 20 million illegal immigrants, sometimes up to 10,000 a day. Most are still with us. Some are part of the underground economy, others – like Somalis in Minneapolis – are involved in various scams.

President Trump closed the border almost immediately. Now, instead of importing illegals, Democrats are fighting to shield those who are here, through sanctuary cities and efforts to demonize Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Activists have staged riots against immigration enforcement. They boldly proclaim that no one who is here illegally should be deported, including those who have committed crimes against Americans.
The motivation is the same as it is for Spain’s socialist government — to change the country’s political landscape.
New Jersey’s Democratic Gov. Mikie Sherrill recently disclosed that there are 6,600 non-citizens on the state’s voter rolls. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin believes the actual figure is closer to 60,000.
Even before they vote, illegals are having a political impact. They are counted in the Census, maintaining congressional representation in blue states that are losing citizens.

In Spain and America, the left views illegal immigration as a weapon in its arsenal. The cost to the native population is irrelevant.
